Bill Halter made a stop on his campaign trail to First Friday held this month at NU Cuisine and Lounge in Little Rock. He expressed his concerns for the future of Arkansas and Arkansans. He explained it was time for Arkansas to stop being 49th in the nation in so many important categories like teacher pay, median income and bringing in federal research and development dollars.
